All of the necklaces are handmade and showcases a different semiprecious gemstone on a classic gold chain. While this collection features simple, back-to-basics pieces, it is absolutely stunning!
The Amethyst Chain Necklace (my birthstone) is such a lovely piece and the small, faceted amethyst stones compliment the matte gold oval cable chain perfectly. I like that this is a longer length piece at approximately 20” long because it is very flattering to wear. I love that I can pair this with a pair of jeans and a top or wear it with something more formal and either way it looks fabulous.
The Chrysoprase Chain Necklace is another show stopper that has an antique feel with light green chrysoprase rounds forming the center a gold chain. I have to admit that I was not familiar with chrysoprase gemstones before viewing this necklace but it really does have a beautiful color variation that reminds me of green apples and would be perfect for fall.
I was amazed at the affordable prices set for the necklaces in the Back-to-Basics collection at Unique, by Emma. With prices between $32.50 and $39.00, the quality and beauty of the necklaces far exceeds the price point in my opinion, especially since each piece is carefully made by hand by Emma.
