The Lone Star State is high on my list of “must-see” travel destinations so I was really interested to learn more about Texas on Tour.
This exciting, interactive adventure takes the history and splendor of Texas on a unique road show that features a virtual beach that explores the Texas coastline, a dome theatre that offers a film and fun trivia and even a virtual kayaking adventure to be enjoyed by the entire family.
How exciting to be able to enjoy the splendors of Texas without leaving your own state. There are tour spots across the country including:
- Iowa State Fair: 8/11-8/21
- Minnesota State Fair: 8/25-8/28
My family and I had fun exploring the website and virtually “visiting” the fun attractions that will be available at Texas on Tour while my children learned valuable information about the Lone Star State. You can learn more about visiting a tour location near you by visiting the Texas on Tour website.
You are not going to want to miss out on your chance to enter the Texas on Tour Sweepstakes where you can win a fabulous trip for two to Texas. How exciting would it be if a Simply Stacie reader were to win this amazing grand prize!!! For your chance to win simply head over to enter or learn more about this sweepstakes.
If you are planning an upcoming trip to Texas then you will want to visit Travel Texas to help plan your trip. Featuring lots of exciting places to visit and plenty of areas of interest to explore such as attractions, beaches, fine cuisine, arts & culture and my personal favorite, family friendly destinations this informative website will help you plan a memorable trip to Texas. You can even request a free travel guide like I did to help get ideas for travel destinations.
