Twooth Timer Review

Did you know that dental experts recommend that children (and adults) brush their teeth for at least two minutes? I assumed that my children were brushing their teeth under my supervision for the full two minutes but realized that in fact it was nowhere near that long. How did I figure that out? The Twooth® Timer is our latest neat gadget that is shaped like a giant tooth and keeps time for two minutes before the bell rings so my kids know when they are done brushing. It is simple for children to wind it up to the #2 and then start brushing their teeth. My kids think of it as a big game and I can feel confident that they are brushing for the recommended period of time to keep their teeth and gums healthy.

The award winning Twooth® Timer is a great way to establish proper dental hygiene at a young age. I like that it was developed by a mom and really makes tooth brushing fun. In fact, my own kids think it is a game and won’t brush their teeth without it. It doesn’t take up a lot of space in the bathroom and I like that it is so simple and convenient to use. It doesn’t require batteries so it is very affordable too at only $10.99.

  1. Sounds like a great product. I know my son doesn’t brush for 2 minutes. Something like this would definitely help.

I have a Twooth Timer, also, and we love it! My kids use it every day :-) They love that DING! sound letting them know…it’s done! They completed their two minutes! They feel quite proud of themselves when they have brushed for the full two minutes.
