Dear Crissy had a great post yesterday about the @Anywhere plugin that allows you to fully integrate Twitter into your site. I wasn’t sure if I could figure out how to do it, but this morning I decided I was up to the challenge and tried it out. It’s so cool! I added the Custom Tweet boxes to today’s giveaways and will be doing that from now on to make it easier for more readers to tweet the giveaways.

I also added the Hover function with will show the Twitter when you type in the handle like @simplystacienet The only thing I am noticing with the Hover function is that it works only some of the time for me. Not sure what’s up with that, but I’m going to test it out and see how it works.
For WordPress blogs like mine, I highly recommend you read Dear Crissy’s tutorial on how to add the @Anywhere plugin to your blog.
For Blogger blogs, I discovered two tutorials to check out. One is on Maple Leaf Mommy and the other is on The B Keeps Us Honest.

I installed this yesterday and I think that’s what screwed up my blog today.
I deactivated it this morning, and it started working fine again…

It definitely seems worth exploring this option. Were you able to iron out the kinks re: it only working some of the time?
Not yet…but its still new so maybe that’s why. Or maybe its just my computer.
