Mom Spark Media

I joined Mom Spark Media this past summer and think it’s an awesome group to be a part of.  They are a Blogging Network whose goal is to bring bloggers and PR professionals together and to help you grow and improve your blog! I like all the perks of being a member and have been taking in all the knowledge and opportunities available to me.

Check out the benefits available to Mom Spark Media members:

  • Special Access to our Mom Spark Media Group Forum
  • Online Blogging 101 Courses and Classes
  • Product Review Opportunities
  • In-Home Parties
  • Sponsorship Programs
  • Survey & Focus Group Services
  • Blogger Events
  • One-on-one Blogging Consultation
  • In-depth Blogging and Monetization Tips
  • Monthly Member Newsletter
  • Blog & Web Design Consultation
  • Live Streaming Events
  • Sponsored Posts

My three favourites of all the services provided are the Product Review Opportunities, Online Blogging 101 Courses and Sponsored Posts.

The Product Review Opportunities are great because you don’t have to go out and find the companies yourself and then pitch them. This way you apply for the opportunity and let the companies come to you! So much easier this way! You have the chance to work with great companies like HP, Suave Professionals Hair Care, Pyrex, PF Changs and many, many more. I have an upcoming review of a beautiful Scentsy Warmer that I found through Mom Spark Media. It actually just arrived today and I can’t wait to try it out and tell you all about it.

As a Review blogger and lifelong learner, I love to expand my blogging knowledge and implement what I have learned on my blog.  The Online Courses through Mom Spark Media are great! They are well-organized, interesting and pertinent to what is going on in the blogosphere. They have a new course every two weeks so the content is always fresh. Some past courses through Mom Spark I have taken are:

  • How to Pitch PR
  • How to Build a Media Kit
  • Blog Design
  • Product Reviews & Giveaways
  • Blog Etiquette

I am looking forward to the All About SEO course in January since that’s a topic I need to learn more on!

Making money with your blog is also very helpful. It has allowed me to grow my blog by fixing up its design and pay for hosting fees AND it helps out with our household bills.  Mom Spark Media has provided me with a few opportunities to write sponsored posts in the past. I think its great because then you know you are dealing with a reputable company who will pay you fairly and THEY COME TO YOU! That is the biggest plus. Like the review opportunities, there’s no extra work to find these opportunities. Mom Spark Media sends out a newsletter each time there is a new opportunity so you never miss out on anything!

The membership fee to join Mom Spark Media is $5/month OR $40/year (only $3.33). You can pay monthly and cancel at anytime or take advantage of the savings and buy for the full year and pay via Paypal. I think it’s well worth the money. I am very happy with my membership there. Not only are there wonderful opportunities available to me, but the people are also very friendly, helpful and nice.

To sign up is easy. Just fill out this form and if you would like to tell them I sent you, please put SIMPLYSTACIE in the Special Promo Code box.  I hope to see you there!

Thanks for the post. I’ve seen Mom Spark before. I can’t afford to join at the moment (I’ve got domain name renewal, etc. to pay for right now) but it’s definitely something I’d be interested in in the future. Let us know if they post any promotional discounts in the near future! ;-)
