I don’t eat much sugar anymore and use other alternatives when sweetening my dishes. I have discovered a new type of natural sweetener called SUSTA and its really good!!
SUSTA is a blend of natural ingredients  including probiotics, fiber, vitamins, minerals, dietary fibers, orange peel as well as natural extracts. It does not contain wheat, soy, alcohol, yeast, caffeine, egg, dairy, or lactose.  SUSTA is also cholesterol-free, vegan and gluten-free. It’s only 5 calories per packet to satisfy your sweet cravings. Its also safe to use for diabetics and pregnant women.
I liked SUSTA’s sweet taste and liked that it did not have an unpleasant or chemical tasting aftertaste that other sweeteners have. I would use this product as a sugar alternative for sure!
I was a bit sneaky to get John to try it out. I went to Tim Horton’s and bought him a large coffee with 3 cream. His regular coffee is a Triple Triple. Â At home, I put in 3 packages of SUSTA into his coffee and gave it to him. I was curious to see if he would notice or not. He took his first sip and said “this tastes different”. I asked him what he thought of it. He said “It has a sweet taste, but I can tell the difference from my regular Triple Triple”.
I added a package of SUSTA to my plain yogurt and mixed it up. It added a nice sweet flavour to it.
SUSTA Natural Sweetener is sold in boxes of 50 two-gram packets for $6.99. SUSTA is available at leading grocery outlets including Shaw’s and Shop Rite; Albertson’s in Arizona,Texas and Florida; Big Y in Connecticut and Massachusetts; and Kroger in Columbus, OH.  SUSTA can also be purchased online at www.nxtnutritionals.com and www.sustastore.com.

Looks good Stacie!
I will for sure be checking this out! Thanks so much for your honest review and for sharing about this, as I had not heard of it yet, but am always open to a healthy alternative sweetener.
Cheers!
Susta is a good alternative for sugar. Guess I will try that also.
I have not tried Susta, but last month my friend introudced me to a new all-natural sweetener called SKOOPZ. It is AMAZING! It’s gluten free, diabetic friendly, and has 0 calories!
I was never impressed with other sugar alternatives like Splenda or Truvia because of the horrible aftertaste and cost. However, skoopz lacks the aftertaste, is economically priced, and 100% natural.
I will give Susta a try, but to all that has not been impressed with sugar alternatives, you should definitely try skoopz!
I swear it IS a small world! This past weekend, I tried skoopz at a dessert festival in Atlanta! They had a booth set-up and passed out chocolate chip cookies with their baking formula and their sugar packets.
I’m diabetic and have tried all kinds of sugar substitutes. Skoopz is, by far, the best sugar substitute I’ve tried.
