I tend to prefer doing things the natural way if I can. With my chronic health condition, I have used many natural products to alleviate my symptoms and many have proven quite helpful. I have always preferred to do it this way first before going to my doctor for a prescription. In fact, I love shopping at health food stores and browsing through all the natural products. They have a product to treat just about everything!
Native Remedies is the market leading brand of natural remedies and have a HUGE assortment of remedies to treat men, women, children and even your pets! Their line of homeopathic and herbal remedies are manufactured in an FDA and GMP registered pharmaceutical facility under the supervision of a team of experts including herbalists, naturopaths, homeopaths and pharmacists. Their remedies contain no animal products, gluten, artificial colours or flavours or preservatives and are never tested on animals. They also have a One Year Unconditional Money Back Guarantee. I appreciate a company that stands behind their products like Native Remedies does.
They have a product to treat just about everything! Native Remedies is most well-known for their ADD/ADHD products, but there’s just so much more that they can treat! With my pelvic pain, I found it interesting to see that they do treat sexual health concerns. I was VERY pleased to see that. I think more companies should wake up and pay attention to women’s pain disorders.
Native Remedies sent me two products to review: Fatigue Fighter and Detox Drops.
Fatigue Fighter is a herbal supplement that promotes healthy energy levels, stamina and vitality. It works to support the immune system and adrenal glands. Its a 50 ml bottle that’s used as a tincture. You just add 15 drops to a glass of water 3x per day. It’s 100% safe with no side effects and is non-addictive. The herbs it contains are Eleuthero, Gotu Cola and Olive Leaf Extract. Â 1 bottle is meant to last a full 30 days if taken daily.
I find towards mid afternoon that I am just drained of energy and ready for a nap. Of course, that’s not possible so I just keep on going and try to wake myself up by visiting my local Tim Hortons. I knew that the Fatigue Fighter drops would be perfect for me to try. I need more energy!!
I have tried herbal tinctures in the past that were prescribed to me by naturopaths and Doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I knew how terrible they tasted and would down my water like it was a shot of alcohol just to get it over with. I braced myself when I first tried these drops and was pleasantly surprised. They weren’t disgusting at all! In fact, I could barely taste my Fatigue Fighter drops after a few sips of my water. I have been using them for a few weeks and have noticed that my energy levels are better. I look forward to continue to use them to reap the full benefits. The hardest thing I think for me is to remember to use them! I keep them in plain sight so I don’t forget. The Fatigue Fighter drops retail for $39.95.
The Detox Drops are a herbal supplement that promotes natural cleansing, detoxification and toxin elimination. I am no stranger to cleanses and like to do them a few times a year. I think a good time is when the seasons change, but really they can be done at any time you like. Its a good way to flush out your system and increase your energy levels. Plus, its good for weight loss since you are ridding your body of waste. Drinking lots of water is imperative.
These drops contain Dandelion, Fennel and African Geranium. It’s used the same way as the Fatigue Fighter drops- 15 drops in water 3x per day for a period of 6 weeks. The taste is a little more distinct and reminds me of black licorice. I guess that’s because one of the ingredients is fennel! If you like black licorice, then you will probably like the taste. I am not a fan of black licorice so I drank this one quickly.
I appreciate how easy this cleanse is to do. Just add to water, drink and you are done. I look forward to finishing off my cleanse and keeping this bottle on hand with me for the next few months. The Detox Drops retail for $34.95.

AllergiClear
While hormone disbalance is the cause of menopause and so many other related difficulties in women and men, I have found other positive solutions to ease this issue rather than some kind of “replacement” terapy.
