Noor, the designer, has designed all three of her blogs and currently works on Blogger blogs. She does everything from complete blog makeovers to the little details like buttons and favicons. Her prices are VERY affordable! Her biggest package is only $65 and you pretty much get everything. Check out her portfolio to see some examples of her work.
