We spend much of our lives sleeping so it makes sense to make the experience as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. I know when I am tired there is nothing better than a warm, comfortable bed. A good night’s sleep can do wonders. I can go to bed in pain from the stress of the day and wake up feeling 100% better. I only recently learned about a company that uses aromatherapy to create a spa environment for your bedroom and I thought it was right up my alley and couldn’t wait to experience it!!

Sleep Scentsations offers aromatherapy pillow liners in a variety of scents to enhance your sleep experience. Â I have heard of using aromatherapy oils or scented Â sachets, but this is a mess free alternative and is super easy to use. You simply remove the protective backing and stick it on your pillow and then put your pillow case on. The liner is very thin and soft so you won’t even feel it there. It kind of reminds me of a panty liner! Â They are infused with essential oils and fragrance oils and come in a variety of scents including Ginger & Amber, Day at the Beach and White Tea and Lily.

I had the opportunity to try out a scent from the Sensual category called My Boyfriend’s Shirt. It ‘s a blend of musk, jasmine and sandalwood and smells really awesome! I put it on my favourite pillow under my pillowcase and you could not even tell it was there at all besides the yummy manly smell. It felt like I had my head on a man who smelled really dreamy. I found them just the right amount of scent and not too overpowering. The liner lasted about a week and removing it was easy. It left zero residue. I wish I had more because it really helped put me into a relaxing mood. Â I would love to see what the other scents are like and get a bunch of different kinds to try. Â I would suggest buying a box so you can enjoy them for longer!
